Within the educational training framework offered by Cefortem foundation, all sorts of tailored courses are addressed to applicant companies in the county, as well as vocational training for unemployed people ranging from young candidates with little working experience to people who are over 45 and may have difficulty entering the workplace again.

Foundation “Fundació Cefortem” is making great efforts to get to know the training needs that may be required from the county’s companies so that the suitable training can be offered. For this reason, within the institution’s board of trustees are representatives of Manlleu business associates “Associacio d’ empresaris de Manlleu” as well as of other significant companies in the county, providing information from the surrounding business situation.
